Barriers will be overcome today!

Wednesday, October 14, 2009

I've got a busy day today, need to go in early and work late. BUT: my plan is in place!

TC's dinner is in the crockpot (beef stew;, it doesn't bother me), fish is defrosting for me, lunch is packed. Even though I'm working late I've MADE THE DECISION to get on the treadmill after work because I'm not going to use working late as a barrier for not exercising.

And, really! "Late" in my world is getting home at 5:30 pm, so I'm sure no one is feeling sorry for me about now!

Here's another quote I like from Richard Rohr:

"We do not THINK ourselves into new ways of living. We LIVE ourselves into new ways of thinking."

Let's stay motivated today, and LIVE our way to that thin person inside! JUST FOR TODAY! WE CAN DO IT!

You are really getting to be hard to keep up with! Love the quote!

I still bet I lose more weight than you this week.

    Take care!
