OK, so I still let laziness get in the way of my plans for the week. I didn't do nearly as much as planned but I realize that I can't afford to continue this week. Nevertheless, here are my numbers for Week 3.

Weight: 187 | 189 | +2 lbs (yeah, you read right)
R. Arm: 13.5 | 13.5 | 0 in
L. Arm: 13.5 | 13.5 | 0 in
Bust: 42 | 42 | 0 in
Waist: 35 | 34.5 | -0.5 in
R. Thigh: 26 | 26 | 0 in
L. Thigh: 25.5 | 26 | +0.5 in
Hips: 44 | 43.5 | -0.5 in
Total inches lost: 0.5 in (bummer!)
Review: I'm seeing a little definition in my biceps and my muscles are getting firmer (YAY!). However, there is no reduction in size on my arms. I really didn't give it my all (not even close!) so I can't be disappointed.
Lessons Learned: Throw LAZINESS out the window!!!
Week 3 Focus: Increasing my intensity level with each workout, tracking my food and increasing my water intake (need to be at almost 100 oz daily)...yeah, I know I said all of this last week AND the week before, but this time is for real! :-)
