Calorie Differential

Yesterday (and so far today too) I've exercised more calories than I've eaten - which means my entire BMR should be weight loss. I know I should be more process oriented and less number oriented, but I can't help it. If I don't post big numbers this week it's going to be hard to press on to next week. So far, at least, I don't think I can work any harder than I have been. I've even been neglecting schoolwork for exercise/family time... I need figure out my priorities so that I don't end up working in a panic for things that are due within the next few hours.
