Moving on

Hello all. It has been a while since I left a blog post. So here I am just stopping in to leave my comments.

So far I have lost 35 pounds and some inches. I just wish I could lose more inches than I have but... I'll get there. And when I do, I'll be better for it. My journey is going to be a little harder now with the changing of seasons. My seasonal allergies are starting to kick in which in turn.....blah blah blah feelings. Lol. That's ok. It might take me a little longer to lose some weight and inches but, when spring hits, Yep, I'll be ready!

Now, on to other things. I have been trying different strength training exercises and changes in my cardio. It seems to be going well so far. Only time will tell.

I will post again in a few weeks to see how my progress is doing after making more changes in my routines, gotta shake things up every now and then!
