Rules For Tomorrow

Well tomorrow i have decided to take anew approach to how i try to lose weight and how i try to deal with what im eating.
I have always siad that if i make rules then i will be unhappy because i wont be able to eat the foods i want, which are usually the foods that are worst for you!!
But i have now decided that to really progress and get anywhere i need to make rules, AND follow them. As in I am NOT going to eat some certiant things and i am NOT going to sit on my bum all day and i AM going to make the effort.
Its as i almost expext the weight loss and fitness to just come to me after i have been running once, or eating a salad, but its NOT and it is really time to make an effort and try.
My mum has even said to me tonight, oh you looking your putting a bit of weight on again.
I mean im not really that bothered about what other people think, but its how i feel about myself, and i dont feel good.
Tomorrow is going to be a packed day, running, quck fire challenge, strictly come dancersize and other fitness videos. And i am going to have a good breakfast, drink loads of water and going to prepare a fresh lunch and have a small dinner.
