1 Week & 3 Pounds Down!

Alright, Spark People! I loved this site the moment I found it. My goal was reasonable: lose approximately one pound per week (a nice, steady, achievable, reasonable goal that could be sustained) Had no idea that I'd drop three pounds so quickly and I haven't even been doing exercises daily. Just imagine how well this program works if i were giving it my all!!!
