I,m so mad at m y self .Let me explain donuts our my weakness. Love them there cream filled ones. Well the store near me after the bakery closes sells 18 for 3.00 Well this week i,ve had to many and the scales said alot.So NO MORE I HAVE TO FIND THE STRENTGH TO SAY NO TO DONUTS . HELP ME MY SPARK FAMILY PLEASEEEEEEE>

I agree with HENRYT...JUST SAY NO! And ask yourself this question every time you want a doughnut. "Is eating this doughnut now worth the guilt I will feel & pounds I will gain later?" That's what I do when I want something that is not so healthy. If I decide I do want to eat something unhealthy I just limit my portion & add it to my nutrition tracker for the day. Good luck! ~Jana
