I am still not seeing the scale move but something is working because people keep asking me if I am loosing weight so guess shouldnt feel discouraged even tho I cant help it I WANT THAT DANG SCALE TO START MOVING!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't give up! My scale took 2 months to start moving. And then another month to move again. Slow but, I know it will at one point. 4090 days ago

You know what worked for me dropping 50 calories a day. It was just enough to get my body going and I saw the scale move down.
