Here I go again!

I seem to make the same mistakes. I don't seem to be learning anything, making time for doing my exercising, meal planning, you name it. It hasn't been done lately. Work, family etc. seems to take first place as always. I'm back to step one starting today!!!!

    KATHY-JUST START WITH 15 MINUTES OF TIME FOR YOU. MAKE SURE YOU FIND THAT TIME SO YOU DON'T WEAR DOWN. KEEP YOUR CHIN UP YOU CAN DO IT. WE ALL GET SIDETRACKED AND THEN WE PICK OURSELVES UP AND GO AGAIN.

    the problem is we seem to think we can do just one of the old things without any problems and before you know it we are right back into that bad habit..just hang in there.. we will eventually get it right..

    You can do this! Time to make you number 1. You know I am here for you. Schedule in that exercise on your calendar. You know you feel better when you do it regularly.

    Baby steps! I didn't think I'd EVER be able to drink 8 glasses of water a day.Exercise while doing household chores.Do stretches while doing laundry,etc.Good luck.

    YOU JUST PUT ONE FOOT IN FRONT OF THE OTHER... AND TAKING BABY STEPS WILL HELP. COMMIT TO YOU, DRAW UP A VISUAL CONTRACT IF THAT WILL HELP, BECAUSE YOU CAN'T HELP OTHERS IF YOU DO NOT SET THE EXAMPLE. LIFE WILL ALWAYS BE THERE, AND WILL ALWAYS BE IN THE WAY, SO TAKE THE TIME TO LEARN TO PUT IT A SIDE SO THAT YOU CAN ACTUALLY PUT IT FIRST.
