November 2009 Update

I plan to post a monthly update on my progress as a means of holding myself accountable.
Over the past month, I lost 2.4 pounds. I also lost an inch in the measurements from my right arm, hips, and right thigh; and shed half an inch from my waist.
In addition to the above, I've also:
* done fairly well in the "no eating after 7:30 PM challenge"
* increased the amount of fresh produce that I eat on a daily basis
* remembered to take a multivitamin most days of the week
I'm proud of myself for the little changes; they will ultimately add up to big changes!
