My coworker said, "Today seems like the first NORMAL DAY we've had around here in weeks."
I had to agree! Things have really calmed down into the normal busy and I could NOT be happier. Finally, time for **me**.
I'm on day 2 of the good habits that made it possible for me to lose the first 20 pounds: drink the water, plan the food, read the cards, exercise daily. Yahoo! I'm SO PSYCHED about being back to my plan and IN THE ZONE.
Tomorrow I have a late meeting, so my challenge will be to get on the treadmill at a time when I'm ready to cook dinner. But I'm going to use my Beck thinking to "make it happen." (Oh yeah, and announcing my intentions here will help keep me accountable.)
