Success at Mini Goals

Last week I set mini goals for myself. I was very successful at these goals. I have not had Diet Coke in a week and I am not missing it! I have had a lot of personal time due to sick kids but have figured out a way to have a few hours a week to myself just to relax. I am also exercising. I will be setting new mini goals for myself. I am finding that is a good motivation to keep myself going. I need the challenge.
I also have an accountability partner. I love the thought of having someone to talk to and hold me accountable. So I will work on new goals and hopefully finish off the week better than I started it.
