Update: Healthy Living Challenge

Monday will start my "Healthy Living Challenge."

I thought that I would share the details of my plan (in case others want some clarification). This is the beginning phase of the challenge. Ultimately, each person is competing with themselves to become their own healthiest version.

My seven healthy living goals that I will strive to achieve each day are:
* eat 2 servings of fruit
* eat 3 servings of vegetables
* drink 8 glasses of water
* take multivitamin
* walk 5,000 steps
* stretch for 10 minutes
* get 7 hours of sleep

As time progresses and I successfully move to the next levels of good health by achieving a 90% success rate for a few consecutive weeks, I will adjust my daily goals.

I figure that these are qualitative methods to gauge success: the scale isn't all powerful. (And, I refuse to elevate the scale to demigod status! LOL)
