Feeling Groovy

Tuesday, November 17, 2009

Boy that title really shows my age, doesn't it? BUT I MEAN I AM READY TO GET BACK IN THE GROOVE!

We walked early this morning even though it was about 45 degrees and windy.

I planned my meals and have stuck to the plan so far.

I've had 5 glasses of water and will have all 8 today.

I rolled a 4 on the sparkwheel! (and if that doesn't spell success for the day, what does??)

I've promised myself that if I can't stick to my program from now until Monday, then I'm going to start blogging about my reasons for losing weight. I'm a fairly private person so that will NOT be comfortable for me. Vandal did it but he's obviously braver than I am.

So I better straighten up and fly right! emoticon I am proud of myself for keeping the 20 pounds off since August, but I've not really moved forward since then and I know I can do so much better. I'm going to get back to the basics and get that GROOVE thing goin' on.

Take care everyone!

Slow down you move too fast - you got to make the mornin last" and so on and so on. Thanks now I have that song in my head - but I really liked it so that's okay.

You summed up my feelings as well to. Seems like we just flattened out and got comfortable with where we are compared to where were and forgot about the real prize!

Glad your gonna gp for it again but you still need to blog about your reasons - if I did so do you!

Glad your healthy again - now if we can just get Makambo back!
