Need to get back on the wagon

I'm back from my wedding and honeymoon. We've actually been home for almost a week now. I gave myself a break, a free pass to really enjoy myself while we were gone. I ate whatever I wanted. I had cheese and french fries. I drank wine and beer. Candy and more candy. Ice cream and gelato. I had all the good things I had put on hold for so long. I barely worked out either. We ran a 5K the morning of our wedding, a 5K on our honeymoon, and did a lot of walking and hiking but other than that, pretty much nothing.
And now that I'm home, I don't know where to start again. The "wagon" has long left this station. My husband and I just got new gym memberships so I'm hoping that will re-ignite my spark. Fortuneately my best SP friend, Tiffani, belongs to the same gym. We made plans to meet there tomorrow for class. I'm hoping that just going and setting a schedule and being around healthy-minded people will motivate me again. Maybe after a week or so of going through the motions, I'll get my head in the game again. I hope so.
I think I need to set some new goals for the rest of the year too. Hmmm...
