One step forward...one step back?

I did an OK job yesterday. Had some big successes but it wasn't perfect by any means.
I arranged my goals to spell the word WATERR:
W - water, obviously -- need 8 glasses. Check.
A - Alcohol free. Yup, good on that one.
T - Table. As in "eat at." Yup, did that one too.
E - Exercise - we walked 5 miles yesterday! Beautiful day here in Central Arkansas.
R - Record EVERYtHING. I finally did do this after my unplanned eating. It was hard though.
R - Read. Read my cards, read my Beck book or blog. No, I did not do this.
I had an episode of spontaneous eating yesterday afternoon and ate an extra 300+ calories over my top limit. HOWEVER, while that was bad, I DID RECORD IT which is not usual for me. I usually only record when I'm 100% on program. So this was a win for me in a weird way.
Recording everything this weekend let me see my weak areas, so now I have to develop a plan to deal with them.
I weigh 161.5 this morning, and will gun to get below 160 by next Monday.
