back on track

It's so easy to get off track. I did that and lost a little ground instead of a little weight. But I'm back to it and it feels great! Working out 3 or 4 times a week makes a big difference. I've been eating healthy most of the time but I'm tracking it again now for a while to be sure.
I did go back to being 100% vegan. I had gone from vegan to vegetarian to pescetarian (eating seafood) for a while. I LOVE seafood and it's the only thing I miss at all. But it's still not right for me to eat it and even though there are aspects of it that are healthy, there are plenty of other healthy choices. Farm raised seafood gets treated as poorly as any other farm raised animals. I just don't need to do that to my body.
Overall it's been an easy switch and I know I'll be glad that I did it.
