You can NEVER rest on your laurels...

This weight-loss journey is pretty humbling. It seems like it's always one step forward, two back, or two steps forward, one back.

Vandal, I TOO have to confess that we bought wine for Thanksgiving and I drank too much of it and certainly didn't "count" it.

The GOOD news was that TC and I walked 16+ miles in 3 days, but apparently that didn't count as much as the WINE because I sailed right out of the 150's AGAIN. It also may be due to the popcorn I ate last night (air popped but with lots of salt).

So, I'm back to it today. Check out Tornado40's blog today - BOO HOO HOO. It's predictably what's going to happen to ALL OF US if we can't get the right mindset for the holiday season.

Vandal, I'm with you -- we can't keep letting down our TEAM. We have to buckle down and do the hard work. Partial success IS NOT SUCCESS. It ain't over until we win!

No rest, no mercy. It seems when I slack off it goes into weeks and months then I am back where I started. You are so right!
