Stressful times are the hardest to maintain a healthy lifestyle... nutrition, exercise, sleep. It seems that those are the first to go from my routine if I don't make them a priority. BUT... this is why I make them a priority!!! I seriously can't afford not to have them in my life when life is stressful.

    You've got that right! Eating well, getting enough sleep and especially exercise are all major helps in handeling stress.
