Weds
B: Tomato frittata (yes, really this time!), banana
L: Salad, turkey pita sandwich w/greens & sprouts
S: apple-parsnip soup
D: Creole-style Cod Fillets (Mom 161), cauliflower, mashed pot?
S: Popcorn
A: Str tr & Core (3+), Dance (2 APs)


Thurs
B: Leftover frittata, banana
L: Salad, leftover cod or leftover frozen pork chop
D: Turkey noodle casserole
S: Popcorn
A: Dance (ballet & tap)(7 APs)

Fri
B: Leftover frittata, banana
L: Salad, chicken chili?
S: Cheese, apples
D: Leftovers
S: Popcorn
A: Walking (1)

Sat
B: Leftover frittata?, banana
L: On the road, ch Caesar salad w/potato?

A: Yoga? (3 APs)

B: Cr of Wh, banana, yogurt or out
