I love the start of a new month. There is the potential for a fresh start combined with a healthy dose of momentum. In efforts to better myself, my goals for this month are:
* Begin my healthy living challenge (I will post daily on my progress)
– Eat 2 servings of fruit/day
– Eat 3 servings of vegetables/day
– Drink 8 glasses of water/day
– Take multivitamin (daily)
– Walk 5,000 steps/day
– Stretch for 10 minutes each day (preferably in the morning and night)
– Get 7 hours of sleep/day
* No soda or fast food during the month of December!!!
* Menu plan each week and go grocery shopping on the weekends
* Focus on being a better communicator
* Spend time reflecting on questions for my soul
* Continue de-cluttering/organizing at home
I’m focused and determined to succeed in meeting my goals for the month.
