wow almost a year between blogs,,, ok so i write a lot on message boards but have not taken the time to write here, going to change that.

I am not in tkd anymore, the pain was too much from the floor throws and my shoulder and back was hurting more and more. I am doing turbo jam and biggest loser bootcamp dvds. I am going to get some other dvds to compliment those 2.

I have to change the way I eat, I bring my lunch most days now, my job now is much more sedative so that takes away movement time. I am working out about 2 hours a day 5 times a week. I will get there!

    Hi Kay,

I like the turbo jam dvd I have it is called Maximum Results, it has several workouts in it, I found mine at a used book/dvd store for $6. The trainers name is Chalene Johnson, she is more like a cheerleader than a trainer and that goes well for me. Has uptempo music that is not annoying and the music does keep in time with the workout, according to the dvd, Chalene remixes the music for the workouts.

Difficulty level, thats funny, just the other night a lady I am dating wanted to try it so we did the "Learn and Burn" portion that shows you the moves and then there is a 16 minute workout afterwards. She admitted that it would take her a few times to get the moves and it most definitely took me several times to learn the moves. There are also modified versions shown for each move by 2 ladies in the group.

I would hesitate buying a big package until you have tried one, maybe look at ebay to see if there is a single dvd that you could buy, a 20 min workout would be great for beginners. You also workout a lot so you would probably be able to do the cardio party without any problem once you learned the moves.

please let me know if you have any questions!

Please tell me about Turbo Jam. In addition to the treadmill, strength exercises, I am doing the DVD-Walking Away your Belly Flat. It's about my speed. Is Turbo Jam difficult? Who is the trainer.
    You really work out. emoticon
