GGGRRRRR!!!! These two pounds!

Hello everyone. I just wanted to drop a line about these two pesky pounds that have my scale jumping back and forth. They are driving me nuts. My goal was before I would get my hair and nails done I would have to be at least 150. It is beginning to drive me nuts. I have hit 151 and 152 for the last month. Let me tell you, I sure wish I would have joined my purple team mates for the winter challenge. lol. Anyways, anyone have any ideas? I have change my work out routine two weeks ago and any suggestions would be cool. Thanks.

    I'm sorry I don't have any suggestions, but I wanted to let you know that I have been battling the EXACT same two pounds for what seems like forEVER.
    When I find the secret, I'll be sure to let you know!

    Make sure that you have your heart rate up there for at least 2 mins, then lower for 1 min, then back up for 2, and keep on going for as long as you can. Are you doing strength training with weights? That will help get your metabolism up as well. If you are doing both of these, just keep going. Or take a day off and see what happens. Sometimes you bounce back even stronger. Good luck!!
