And on the 7th Day.....

No, I did not rest and I did not make myself a cheat day. I am realizing that as each day goes by and I get into a routine, it gets just a little bit easier each day. Blair wakes up and makes my dry bagel and cuts up an apple and/or opens a yogurt, puts my vitamins, calcium, Omega 3 and shot of L-Carnitine on the plate with fresh a cup of hot black coffee and a smile, every day for 7 days. He tells me how proud he is of me and gives me words of encouragement for the day and I see my motivation lists and pix all around me and I say to myself again, THIS IS IT! I am and will get to my goal. This is Day 7 and I am still going strong....to all fellow SP, keep it up and hope you all have a wonderful "losing" weekend.
