I'm losing weight! I see it in my jeans, I can feel it too.. It's nice.

Yesterday I was pretty sick :( And I ate only around 800 calories, outch. I feel hungry quite often lately.. and hmm that's it. I love smoothies, it's quick and good and filling most of the time :)

I saw a community but I didn't want to join, but I like their idea of "3 things i'm thankful for today" or something like that.. It makes you think and force you to be positive!

I bought a body ball, I looks fun and effective! i'm gonna try it tonight!
