So I am Wondering....

Ok so I am wondering something. When I finally get time to exercise, it is usually around 9 or 10 pm. Afterwards I take a shower and go to bed. Now, the weird thing is....the past week when I am done with my exercising and my shower, I get these weird cravings for either oranges or apples? WTH is that about. LOL. I'm not sure if my body is trying to tell me that I'm missing some vitamins or what. I am eating within my calories range and I'm drinking plenty of water. So, any one else have weird post workout cravings? Another question of mine would be, would it be ok to eat something like that right before bed?
