1. It is no longer in the house (BE GONE!)
2. Put some perspective on how damaging something like that can be when running my Nutritional feedback report...that was all good until then. It was the first time using the report, lesson learned.

    Sounds good thought, hope you enjoyed it while it lasted. Try not to feel guilty, little splurges are not going to kill us. It isn't like we are going to go for the rest of out lives without having another cheeseburger and fries. Just as long as we are good MOST of the time we can be BAD ever once in a while. Enjoy the moment then move on. Today is a new day.
