OLD HABITS die hard

Well, the past few weeks I've been pretty bad. I've completely fallen back into the old habits of stress-eating/drinking and the scale certainly shows it. I've not exercised. I've not read my cards or hardly done anything I'm supposed to do. The end of the semester cookies, brownies, and candy that students have given me have NOT stayed in the office -- they've come home. 'NUFF SAID.
I'm sure not proud of how I've done! HOWEVER, this week should be less stressful than the past couple, so I'm planning to exercise and do better food-wise.
I know not blogging or getting on Spark keeps me going down a bad path, so I need to get on the site EVEN WHEN I'm not doing well. Heck, that's probably when I need it most.
Vandal, when you read this, don't be too disappointed in me! Heck, the way we're both going you might make it to 160 before me!
