The Year is Almost over - still trying to eat right and exercise...

In a little over 2 weeks it will be 2010. The time to make all of those resolutions to lose weight, exercise regularly, eat right, focus on health.
I can't tell you how many years of my adult life I have made the same type of resolutions each January.
I manage to stick with the resolutions for a little while. Some times it is a month, or a week or sometimes even only 1 day.
Why do I do this every year? Why is it so important to see a certain number on the scale, or a size tag in a piece of clothing? Is 2010 going to be different for me?
I don't know - I'll have to wait and see.
This past year I lost friends and family members to poor health, illness, cancer, good "Old Age". With each loss I promise myself I will do better and try to focus on my health......................I sincerely hope that in 2010 I can remain more focused on taking better care of myself.

2. Getting regular exercise
3. Drinking more water
4 . Focus - Focus - Focus
