Back at it! Weighing in!

After a few month hiatus from meeting bimonthly with my diet counselor (who is also my previous trainer), I went to see him 2 weeks ago. I had gained 11 lbs since August and my body fat went up 3%! Yuck! I was so disgusted with myself...I have only lost a 1/2 lb of muscle in that time frame, but put on 10.5 lbs of fat! Eeeewww! Time to get back at it and have some accountability. Been working out for the past 2 weeks....was sick for 3 of those days, and snowed in my house from a blizzard for 2 other days...wow...cardio was lacking for almost half those 2 weeks, but I still managed to see a little improvement in my numbers from last week to this week:
12/9/09: 237 lbs.....35.65% body fat.....152.5 lbs/muscle.....84.5 lbs/fat
12/22/09: 238 lbs.....34.62% body fat.....155.6 lbs/muscle.....82.4 lbs/fat
While not super excited about gaining a lb on the scale, I am okay with knowing it is muscle gain. I've never been one to lose weight quickly, rather, I put on muscle and tone up instead...it is strange.
