Tracking food. I hate doing it. . 99 percent of the people in maintenance at this site, they do it. That is one of the major keys to getting to their weight loss goal and staying there!
So I did it yesterday. OMG did I eat crappy. I did. I had 2 fruits and Veggies all day.
I ate countless naughty carbs. And I washed it down with a mixed drink to soothe my aching muscles from my fall. HMMMMMM, I think I saw on Spark, the reason that I am not losing weight.
That is ok. Today is a new day. I am drinking my water. I was going to skip w.watchers because of the weather and fear of gaining weight. I will be taking my four wheel drive vehicle out to drive there. Wimp. I will put the weight gain on my spark people tracker. Because remember the naked truth? At home I weigh in wearing my Birthday suit and I will not be doing that at w.watchers. LOL. So i will put on my big girl pants and sweater. And suck up my weight gain and clothes gain. And I will be honest with myself and my cheering squad!

I can do this, I am worth it, I deserve to be healthy. My mantra!
I love myself.
Day two of tracking will be much better. I promise!
