I have been really relaxed these days.. like really relaxed..I have done a few things around the house and watch lots of movies... i have to say I am pretty relaxed and very hot... i will go for a longer walk today... but later in the evening... it is still too hot outside... will drink lots of water until then.. see if i can make more of fast pace walk!
