I exercised 5 days this week, so I decided to take a break today to get ready for the bootcamp starting tomorrow.
1. Cardio- Rest
2. Soda control-3 sodas today (12oz.)
3. Strength-training- Rest
4 Crunches-Rest
5. Healthy Eating-Ate at calorie range
6. Water-3-Cups.
