So...got the hubby to bring my treadmill to the apartment..yay. Then I sat here looking at it ALL day till finally, yep, I did it. 31 minutes on the treadmill doing the C25K with my new IPOD touch application. How cool. I actually feel very good that I completed one of my fast break goals, not only completed but beat it by 21 minutes! I just feel so crappy all day long and then this, now I feel GREAT.

My power half hour!
