Stats 1-3 and Bootcamp weigh-in.

I am starting the Boot-camp weighing in at 238. I hope to weigh 230 at the end of the boot-camp. From Aug. 10 to Nov. 10, I went from 253-216. Life became very stressful in the middle of November and I struggled with emotional eating. So I have gained back 23 pounds but the good news is I did not regain all of the weight. I could beat myself up, which will not help. So my goal is to lose at least 8lbs per month. If I am successful I will reach my goal weight of 190, on July 1.

1. Cardio-56 minutes of Walk Away Pounds Workout (4 Mile)
11 Minutes- Boot-camp workout-cardio

2. Soda control-3sodas today (12oz.)

3. Strength-training- 10 Exercises

4 Crunches-300

5. Healthy Eating-Ate above calorie range

6. Water-3 Cups.
