Soo I'm glad!

Well last week I was having such a rough week.. I'm back at college and my roomie eats fast food for every meal of the day I mean EVERY meal lol even snacks.. It's soo tempting to just be like ohh it'll be ok I can get something.. Well last week I started giving in and I finally had to kick my own butt and realize I couldnt be doing that stuff all the time.. So this week I just go with her to eat and then come back home and cook my own food.. I've learned the value of saying no and making healthy choices I hope I can keep it up!!! Soo I just jogged/walked 2 and a half miles I feel great! Hope everyone is well!!!
