3 days without coffee

Except for Monday, it's been going really well. The headache is gone and the nervousness has stopped. I can't imagine trying to quit a stronger drug than caffeine.
Last night was my first "Buns & Bellies" class. It was tough. Very hard on the arms, too as the first 20 minutes involved holding a fit ball. Isometric exercises, I think she called them. After that, I went downstairs and ran on the treadmill for 5 kms. It took me 43:27 but I did it in straight time. No walk breaks. It was F'n awesome.
This morning I found out that I'm down to 139 pounds. Tonight I discovered I went over my calories. Can someone please tell me why I have to celebrate with something stupid when I get close to my goal?
On the other hand Mother Nature is just around the corner & I'm not bloated or gaining weight so I guess life's not all bad, eh?
