100 day journal challenge

Today is the 5th day of my 100 day challenge. For 100 days I will journal every bite taste and lick. It has not been easy. But I feel it is important for me to be honest with myself and track. Since I have stopped doing this I have maintained and gained. So I might whine bitch and complain, but then I am going to get it done!

    I'm sure you can do it. It's not a difficult habit to pick up. If you eat something, journal it. But like most easy things to change, you have to make your mind to do it, and I think you made up your mind your going to do it.

    100 days...That will be after your birthday? Sometime in April? Have you looked it up in your calender?

    Yeah, I hear you. It's so tedious, but the rewards will be many! With food tracking comes certainty. There is a huge comfort in the knowing.
