Tonights workout....

Two big things happened..

1. I did my very 1st P90X workout, in about 5 months. I totally expect to have some seriously sore arms, tomorrow! emoticon

2. Not that long into my treadmill workout, I realized that my heart rate was staying too steady, so I needed to crank the incline up another notch! Now I'm up to 6%, already! emoticon

35 minutes
33 minutes 'in zone'
5 minute cool down
Average HR 125bpm
Maxed HR 148bpm
Calorie burn: 217


I was watching The Biggest Loser while on the treadmill and it was during their bike challenge that I really worked it and shot over my top zone number, 2 or 3 times. emoticon
