So it's now 2010 and I am still struggling with the same battle of weight. Why is it that I KNOW all I need to do to get the weight off and keep it off, but yet I just can't seem to DO IT. I start out great every time I start, but I fall off the darn wagon. Isn't there any seatbelts to keep me on the it? I know I lack the willpower. What can I do to get that will power and keep it? I am just so frustrated about it. It should be easy with all the tools I have in my toolbox for this journey. Well I am trying hard. Today I ate breakfast, did a 15 min cardio walk video exercise and updated all my goals here on sparks. Hoping I can just keep it up. Here's to a new me this year. emoticon
