2010 Goals

I'm holding myself accountable -- and sharing my 2010 Goals in efforts to do so. I plan to post monthly recaps on my progress. I want 2010 to be the year that I manifest my wishes and plans (and not just write about them!).

* To continue with my healthy living challenge
* To be active/daily
* To track my food/daily
* To be mindful of what I consume
* To menu plan and grocery shop each week
* To cook healthy dinners at home

* To take time getting “ready” each day
* To read all the books piled on my dresser and nightstand
* To go to the library instead of buying books
* To continue de-cluttering/organizing at home
* To spend time reflecting on the questions for my soul
* To be a better communicator
* To figure out what I want to be when I grow up!

* To have sex more often
* To go on a “date night” – once a month
* To follow-up with each other on progress made towards goals/
talk about important issues – once a month

* To build our savings account
* To make no unnecessary purchases

    Your written list sounds like you wrote it from thoughts in my mind - WOW! I would love to figure out what I want to be when I grow up AND the relationship thoughts are on target too ALONG wiht the financial and fitness goals. It is truly uncanny how you have voiced my thoughts.

    I do have a suggestion for "date night" also - have you considered a breakfast date? The hubby and I do Friday morning breakfast together at a local diner. It has really helped us - I just have to get out of the house a little earlier.

    Wow! I am very impressed. That is one super-well-thought-out list! And now I am inspired to add some of these same long-standing issues back to my own list, such as resurrecting our plan for a monthly date night and creating more time for me. I mean, really, who can't find 10 minutes a day besides me?
