Well, I've decided to go back my 30 day shred. I'm just wayyy to outta shape for P90X and find myself discouraged most of the time. I need to focus on getting back in shape and getting a little more weight off. I'm really anxious to get back to my P90X, but I want to be able to do the program...and do it well, so I need to put it on the shelf for a bit. The 30 day shred kicked my butt and I could keep up with it and that's what I need right now. So, for now its My Wii Fit Coach, 30 Day Shred and Wii Fit Plus. I'm also doing Zumba twice a week, so we'll see how things go! Later!

    Thank you so much for this post...I was thinking about doing P90x but it seemed so complicated for me. I was thinking that I should master the basics and then move into it. Anyway...Jillian does kick some butt...I do the ones on Om Demand from my cable company :-)

    GURL - I GOT SOME THINGS TO SAY!

    First it's good you going back the Shred. You put me ON! I remember you are the reason I got it and was using it. (Key word is WAS right, lol?)And don't even worry about the P90X, b/c that crap is HARD! Maybe you should try P90 at some point. It wasn't super popular as the P90X, but it's more for beginners. It's the first set of DVDs Tony Horton created. I don't have them, but I tried them.

    Second, I had to re-add you to my friends. I have been doing that lately, like people be disappearing.

    Third, while I am here thanks for that nice comment on my page. You know we are not perfect and we are going to struggle and weight does come back. I was ashamed girl. But I have come to terms sO I can now move on, you know. I didn't want no one to know, sO I would stay away from Spark. But once you realize hey, sh*t happens I KNOW the weight will come right back off.

    This is going to be our year!

    I want to try out P90x at some point, but I don't know when I'll be in good enough shape. Right now I am doing the EA Active 30-Day Challenge on my Wii. For February (actually beginning Jan. 30) I plan to do the 30 Day Shred. And then in March and April, I plan to do the EA Active More Workouts 60-Day Challenge. Maybe I'll be ready for P90x by May? Good luck with your Shred!

    I want to try P90x so bad but it scares me!

    I'm doing a boot camp now and it's intense! Maybe when I'm done with it in 6 weeks I'll do some P90!

    Sounds like some good working out there!! You can always step up to P90X after you've re-mastered Jillian and Zumba. It's all about moving and burning calories. Have fun with it!
