2. Veggie curry, basmati rice, french bread, yogurt, and diet ginger ale
3. Apple
4. Chilis Bar and Grill Cedar Plank Tilapia (with steamed broccoli and black beans), diet coke
5. A few bites of loaded mashed potatos (from Rusha's plate)
6. About 5 french fries (from Mitchell's plate)
I've started tracking my caloric intake on dailyplate.com again. According to that, I am consuming more fat than I want and usually not taking in enough carbs. I shall start paying more attention to that starting tomorrow.
