You can do it, just start over tomorrow. Scarlett O'Hara said, "After all tomrrow is another day." Well now IT IS today. YOU CAN DO IT TODAY! JUST DO WHAT YOU CAN THAT'S POSITIVE! JUST DO ONE THING LIKE EAT ONE MORE PIECE OF FRUIT instead of junk. One thing at a time will ensure new habits stick. And know that others are also struggling to do it too---- but the results will be worth it. I struggle and the other day gave in and ate pizza for dinner and nothing else. BAD! We all mess up.
