After yesterdays strength training, my legs & butt are sooo beyond sore, that I didn't think I could muster the energy to walk on that treadmill....but I did!
I wasn't able to push it as much as I have been, nor did I keep the incline up to 6% the whole time, but I still put in a pretty decent amount of myself..considering.

It's funny..but almost the whole time I was on the treadmill, I kept thinking about how I'm looking forward to doing Tae Bo tomorrow!
