today, it's all about me!

I have had an incredibly busy week at work,so today I proclaimed,it's all about me day!! I slept in till almost 7. I had a leisurely morning,enjoying my coffee,and doing my spark stuff.I did a little housework,then headed to the gym. I did 90 minutes of cardio...woo hoo!I went to visit my Dad,then came home and took a nap. I made a great big pot of turkey chili for supper.Now it's recliner time, finishing my spark for the day and relaxing. Ahhhhh....life is good!!!
