At noon I did P90X arms & shoulders, using 15 lb weights instead of the bands this time...

**Tony Horton says on the dvd that this routine is a big calorie burner, so I decided to wear my heart rate monitor, and it appears he is correct! Most of the 6 minutes 'out' of zone, were during the warm up portion..all the rest were very much in the cardio zone, as can be seen by the above numbers!
At 3pm I did Tae Bo Celebrity Fit Cardio. Can't say it was my favorite of my Billy collection, cause it just has far too many combo moves and I don't have a coordinated bone in my body! It's EITHER arms OR legs with me...not BOTH at the same time! LOL But I still burned me a good chunk of calories, in spite of myself, and that's the most important thing!
40 minutes 'in' zone *looks like my bouncing around worked! ha
