One week down!

This week threw a lot at me. There were definitely times I didn't think I'd make it! But overall I stuck to my points (didn't even use all the weekly points), exercised more than I had been, and when all was said and done, lost 2 pounds! Perfect. Now that success is motivating me to plan well for the coming week. I hope to draw on it when I'm feeling week, which during the workweek really is inevitable. Yay for week one!
