I did another round of Tae Bo. This time I picked one from the Amped set, where you use the bar during the entire workout. I really think it won't take long at all, to get my shoulder, arm, & back muscles back...cause Tae Bo sure uses all of them..over and over and over, again! Plus, by doing the P90x, also, I'm doing double duty! emoticon
