Week 2 2010 - so far, so great!

The second week of 2010 is underway, and so far my goals are going well! A quick summary:
Exercised every single day since Jan 4. This past Friday may have been an exception but since I was chair dancing for an hour, I didn't totally slack. (I sort of felt like actually dancing but the venue was full of mirrors and I felt very self conscious.) Yesterday was a highlight with SIX HOURS of remodeling!
Eating/drinking is going well. I've stuck to my alcohol challenge of only drinking on weekends and still am not drinking THAT much. Hubby is doing the same as well. Conversion to half-caff (one cup) is complete, save this AM when I am drinking a full cup of full strength due to sleepiness from yesterday's exertions. Very little junk food. The holiday bulge seems to be reducing. Lots of water and herbal tea!
I am doing better about focusing on work. Progress is slow but I am not pushing it... the goal is to stay alert and busy.
All in all feeling great! Cravings for sugar and junk food from the holiday binge are pretty much gone. Waking up on my own before the alarm (but letting the alarm get me out of bed.) Feeling energetic for the most part and less cranky. Keeping the kitchen clean which helps reduce the stressed/cluttered feelings.
Okay off for my Monday morning admin work - planning meals and errands for the week, making appointments, then slide into "real work" till dance class.
